Our return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the time you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns outside Sweden, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. We always recommend purchasing tracked shipping with a carrier of your choice, as we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost in transit.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Changes
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return your current item and then place a new order for the item you want instead. Once your return has been approved, the amount for the returned item will be refunded. This way you ensure that the new product does not run out of stock.
If you would rather we help you make the exchange, you can contact us directly and we will arrange it for you. A return fee of SEK 79 will be charged, regardless of whether you choose to make an exchange or a regular return.
14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reasons. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.

Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is therefore returned to us, this is not considered a valid return under our return policy or under the right of withdrawal.
For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred for shipping, return shipping, and administrative handling. The fee is charged as follows:
• For shipments within Sweden, a fee of 150 SEK
• For international shipments, a fee of 250 SEK
The fee will be deducted from any refund. If no refund is applicable, the customer will be invoiced separately.
To be considered a valid return, the customer must actively return the item in accordance with the instructions stated in our return policy. Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute exercising the right of withdrawal.
