Shipping Policy

All our dresses are handmade to order, making each piece unique and resulting in a slightly longer delivery time. Our standard delivery time is up to 4 weeks.

Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can easily follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, or other import-related fees may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country, and the recipient is fully responsible for their payment. By-Stina has no control over or ability to handle these costs, and they are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking the current regulations and fees in your country before placing an order.
