Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at bystinahandmade@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:
Sjömärkesstigen 3A, 423 39 Torslanda, Sweden.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A return fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

For returns of orders outside Sweden, you as the customer are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping with any shipping company of your choice. We always recommend using trackable shipping, as we are not responsible if the postal service loses the package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase for the desired product. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund for the returned item. This ensures that the new product doesn’t sell out before the exchange is processed.

If you’d prefer assistance with the exchange, you can contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to help. A return fee of 79 SEK applies whether you’re making a standard return or an exchange.

14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU)
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days, without providing any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
