For an exchange, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping carrier with trackable delivery. If the item is lost during transit, we are not liable.
Please contact us via our contact form for the return address. Send the item back via post. You can exchange the product for another one, or if the exchange is due to a defect, it will be replaced with a new product, which will then be shipped to you.
Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and receive a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and let us know you wish to return it. Upon contacting us, you will receive instructions on where to return the package.

Customs Fees
There are several reasons why we cannot cover customs fees for packages sent to abroad.. Customs fees are a form of import tax imposed by the customs authorities of the receiving country. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these costs, as they are the ones importing the goods. The recipient is responsible for paying the customs fees for packages sent abroad as part of the import process.
