5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as the customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item you ordered.

5.1  Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

You must notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent to [email protected], and it must include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear list of the products being returned.

You should return the items immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The products should be sent back well-packaged and in their original packaging.

If the product is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value from the refund amount.

For more information on the statutory right of withdrawal, see [here](https://www.konsumentverket.se/).

6. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before shipping them. However, if the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, remedy the issue free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be made immediately after discovering the defect.

6.1 **How to file a complaint**

Any faults or defects must be reported to [email protected], where you should provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.

If we cannot correct the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws.

We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a claim if it is found that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Claims are handled in accordance with the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see [arn.se](https://www.arn.se).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
